Contemporary Classes
We are excited to share our vision to engage with communities through Contemporary movement. We believe that through movement, creativity, and community cohesion we can improve not just fitness, flexibility and wellbeing but also the horizons of everyone involved. Bringing the opportunity to look at the same issues through different eyes and benefit from the varying perspective that brings.
A passionate team, led by our Founder and Creative Director Michaela Gebremedhin Wate, we look forward to welcoming you to Longhirst Village Hall to explore movement together.
Not just a dance class but a space to explore yourself, your connections to each other and the environment that surrounds you. There is scope to challenge yourself and the potential to develop your skills free of judgement in an adaptive, supportive environment.
This challenge is for Everyone no matter your experience in dance, fitness or life. We are excited to explore all that you will bring, and to see our community grow with each new member.
Everybody has a rhythm and Everybody is welcome.

It is not exclusiveness, it's inclusiveness.”
